I was thinking...
I used to run an RP, which had an Asylum in it. I have a suggestion or two, if I may.
1. Somewhere in the first post, or in the title, there should be a date. I know it says the season and year, but to keep things continuous and not all jumbled and us asking, 'Okay--WHEN did this happen?' it would be a good idea to keep dates.
For example: Willow's Admission: 15 August, 1840.
2. I think there should be enough site staff to be sure that everyone gets approved quickly and can begin RPing quickly. It's not always easy for one or two people to run things alone, though I will admit it worked well with two. But that was because I was always on.
If you'd like any more of my insight, please PM me and I'd be glad to talk further.

I have been thinking about the first suggestion you made. I have tried it before, but my experience is that people keep forgetting, and it just dissapears.
About the staff - Yes, there's only me, but I'm sure when the site gets more popular (if it does), I'll add some more admins.
