Edward Bramsfield:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Doctor Bramsfield chuckled softly as he aided her in removing the bobby pins from her hair. "Oh Wynter...what will I do with you?" He sighed affectionately as he leaned down once more to kiss her again, his body practically aching with need. He had arranged for their carriage to pick them up and fix his riding horse to the team to ride them home in shelter. He hoped she'd be in enough of a mood that they could take the 'long way' home, giving them privacy. He grunted softly in satisfaction as the girl strode by them, playing a bit of a showoff. "Wynter..." he said softly on her flushed lips

Wynter gasped a little under his gentle touch and saw the need in his eyes. Her own need was slightly deminished when her Elisabeth passed by her, only to hear him say her own name loud enough for Elisabeth to hear.
Elisabeths head shot up quickly at the sound of Wynter's name and she gasped as she spotted Wynter's bright red hair. She quickly tried to go to her but was pushed along roughly by her hopefully soon to be ex husband.
Wynter's bright green eyes connected with Elisabeth's bright blue eyes for a split second before her Elisabeth was pushed along, away from her.

"Oh blast it. What use is any of this. Go talk to the damned girl." He said flatly as he pulled away and straightened up, his coattails rustling softly in the rush of movement. He pushed her towards the young one with a look of disdain and turned on his heel to go and consult the foyer secretary for a request for marriage documents to be notarized and signed. He did not turn back to glance at her, feeling the need to step away lest she hurt him at all in her quest to speak to Elisabeth again.

Wynter looked at him feeling as if she'd just been hit but shook it off quickly and quietly walked toward Elisabeth, knowing that if her Elisa's horrible husband saw her she'd be dead. She saw a moment where Elisabeth was alone and her husband and the young girl were in a seperate room talking with someone. She quickly grabbed Elisa's arm and pulled her around the corner so no one saw. "My Elisabeth...." she whispered as she wrapped her arms around her holding her close.
Elisabeth didn't know what was going on until she in Wynter's arms in the shadows away from seeking eyes. She Quickly looked up to make sure it was truelly her before burrying her face in Wynter's shoulder. Her mind swam with questions but "I'm sorry" was the only thing she could say as she was almost in tears as it was. "I'm sorry Wyn, I'm sorry I didn't stop him," she said crying softly.
Wynter stepped back and looked at her Elisabeth, "Shh...it's okay love. Don't cry now. We don't want your husband to get suspicious."
"He won't be my husband for very long hopefully. He and his new girl want to get married to make her pregnancy undisgraceful, and for that to happen he's looking into a divorce." Elisabeth said this as she dried her tears.
Wynter put her hand to her own pregnant stomach hoping she didn't notice it through her frock. "He can't divorce you though, it's not legal," she said quietly.
Elisabeth sighed, "which means I'll end up at the asylum like you did." She stood there for a moment looking Wynter over. "How did you get out of there anyway?" she asked noticing the ring on Wynter's hand and the man she saw with her earlier hovering nearby talking to one of the officials.
"I didn't" was all Wynter said before Elisabeth nasty husband stormed out of the next room angry and screaming obscenities. Like she had thought, he could not divorce Elisabeth. Wynter feared for her loves life at that moment and held her close before pushing her out of the shadows gently. She then strolled toward her waiting husband as if nothing had happend even though her fear was writen all over her face.
Elisabeth stood by waiting for her angry husband to notice her. She looked occasionally toward Wynter and the strange man she was with. Without warning her husband grabbed her by the arm and dragged her out the door of the court room. Looking back she saw Wynter standing by the strange man and looking at her in horror and fear as tears welled up again in her own eyes. The door slammed shut and her husband roughly pushed her throwing her down the stairs.
((OOC: If Madam is reading this. Elisabeth will have a seperate account made soon. For now, because she has not yet entered the asylum, I'll just be playing her thoughts and words at the moment. She will be going to the asylum very soon though, probably after this role play.))

Edward's nose turned high into the air as he heard Wynter return to his side. It was written in bold letters across Wynter's face. She loved that girl, there was no denying it. And he was so close, too. So close to claiming the young one as his own, taking her as his bride. He scratched away delicately at the papers set out before him, and soon the treasurer returned with an official certificate, a handwritten copy of the city's generic marriage certification.
Without a sideways glance to Wynter, he spun sharply on his heel and walked directly for the door, clutching the now crumpled certificate in his gloved hand. He hadn't even bothered to take her hand, or for that matter tell her they were leaving. His eyes burned with hatred, with the fury he'd only felt once before--on the day of his husband's death. Right there and then, he wanted Noel. He wanted Noel with a burning ache that threatened to take him whole.

Wynter looked around lost when he walked right past her without acknowledging her. Had she just made a terrible mistake by talking to Elisabeth she thought. "Wait!" she yelled as she ran after him, "please, wait for me." She caught up to him, and grabbed a hold of his arm, trying to pull him back to make him stop. "Stop," she said quietly as one big tear ran down her cheek. She looked up at him pleadingly.

She is clearly worth mor to you than I am...why not go with hookeder and leave this old man to rot in hell?" He said bitterly as he looked at his brand-new wife. "You make my heart ache...clinging so to another girl. I know what you and Willow did in the bathing chambers..."

Wynter had completely forgotten about that night in the bathing chamber. A r ed blush shot to her cheeks and chest at the memory of it. She looked down at the floor still hanging onto his arm and thought for a second before speaking, "what would you do if our positions were swapped?" She asked him this knowing very well that he still loved his Noel way more than he would ever love her, just like she still loved her Elisabeth way more than she could ever love him. She looked up at him and continued not waiting for his reply, "what if that was Noel in Elisabeths place and you in mine? Yes, I love her but I can never be with her, not really, not without worry of getting." She sighed looking towards the door and then back to her husband, "Only God knows what her husband will do to her after he just found out he can't divorce her."

"Because Noel is dead. If he were still able to speak to me, the first thing he would have said was 'find a new someone. Not to replace me but to help soothe the pain, someone else you can love as you loved me.' I know this, because we spoke of it long before any notions of death were upon either of us." He said bitterly, "And furthermore, whose ring is it around your finger and mine? Whose name is it on the documentation? I don't believe you have room to criticize me. Or shall I toss you right back where you came from and walk away silently?"

Wynter wiped away a few tears from her eyes and looked into his green eyes. "You know I won't leave you. You don't even have a reason to be worried that I'd leave you." She said this in all seriousness, not breaking eye contact with him. She did drop his arm though as she said, "like I said, I can't truelly be with her, keeping her safe and myself safe also, not in this world at least." She sighed looking at her hands as she turned her wedding band on her finger idlely. "You and Noel were safe to be together because you could defend your rights. Women don't even have rights to defend." She stood silently, not a drop of emotion shown on her face, hoping she hadn't said too much. She did love him, just not as much as she loved her Elisabeth. She would have never let him touch her the way she did if she had not seen something good in him that she could love. If only he understood this.

"Hah!! Noel put cotton in a brazier and wore a dress to the courthouse! He was registered as a god damn woman on out marriage license. You think society would have let he and I display our homosexuality? You really think anyone ever knew the 'good' Doctor Bramsfield enjoyed another man's privates shoved up his ass?" He snapped "At least we are socially acceptable! I couldn't caress my husband's face, or hold his hand, or kiss him as I kiss you. Not outside our home. You wonder why I'm so frail and brittle, you wonder why I nearly shattered my hip fornicating? I spent the majority of my goddamned life inside hidden away because I couldn't travel out with my husband. He and I were confined to a house out of the way from town where we could only embrace indoors, never even in the privacy of our yard. And besides. What Noel was to me and is to me is none of your business. As equally as Elisabeths worth is none of mine. None of that matters Wynter Bramsfield. You're my wife and I am your husband. The past is the past. Do what you can to devote yourself to your betrothed, as I have already done so for you."
His hands were shaking as they settled into the carriage waiting them outside. His eyes were withered and tired, and his body was quivering with the strain of his latest personality hitting him full blown. He saw Wynter draw a breath, and drew one, much quicker, of his own. "And I don't want a DAMN word out of your mouth! Leave my thoughts to sit in my head without interruption." His sudden outburst set all complaints to end, and all at once the energy left him.
He gestured down to the now-rigid bulge in his trousers and undid the top few buttons, exposing himself. "See what you've done? You've gone and excited me. Deal with this for me." He said, half-gently and all-longingly.
(OOC: at this point we should PM the roleplay since it may include activities of questionable nature xD Okay Frances? Message me with your reply)
